COVID-19 Return Policy 

Due to the pandemic, we are NOT ACCEPTING  any product returns at this time. 

Rejuuv.com is dedicated to bringing you the best products in beauty, we are confident in the skin care products we curated.

 

Return Policy 

 

For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform that we do not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. 

In the case of an allergic reaction, please take a photo and contact us immediately for more information, we reserve the right to request a Doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor

The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Returned products may not be altered, must contain and remain in its full original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging, or if the returned item does not meet our return item requirements.

How Do I Return 

 

Please contact our customer service department. 

Please contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back. 

Sending the product back without contacting us and getting an RMA will not guarantee a refund.

 

Why Was My Return Denied 

 

All returns are subject to validation and approval by Rejuuv.com. Rejuuv.com reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. If a return is received in the following conditions, Rejuuv.com will not accept it and or a fee may be applied:  

(1) Proper return label or RMA not on the outside of the box. Without an RMA written on the outside of the box, our warehouse will not be able to accept it. If accepted a processing fee of $20 (CAD) will be assessed on the return and deducted from any refund. 

(2)Order is refused upon delivery: refusal of an order upon delivery is not an approved return and will be refused, if it's accepted by our warehouse a $20 (CAD) will be applied and deducted from your refund, any shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable. 

(3)Order is returned with a “Return to Sender” notice: writing Return to Sender is not an acceptable way to return an order. It will not be received by our warehouse, and your shipper will return it to the return shipping address. If it is accepted by our warehouse a $20 (CAD) will be applied and deducted from your refund. 

(4)Returned item is damaged in transit: return items damaged in transit will not be accepted for a return or exchange, please insure your return with the carrier. 

Please ensure that your return item is properly packaged, secured to prevent any damage during transit. Please use original packaging or a sturdy box with proper padding and sealing before sending out the return package. 


(5)Returned item arrives with postage due: if your return arrives with postage due your order will be refused at the time of delivery, if your package is accepted, a flat fee of $20 (CAD) will be deducted from your refund for postage and processing fee.

 

 

BROKEN DAMAGED ITEMS

 

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If a product is damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize, these unforeseen events happen during transit, it is beyond our control. 

If a product is damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours upon receipt to report the damages. Please note that Rejuuv.com requires photos of the damaged items for insurance purposes. This allows our shipping and product partners to better serve you in the future.
