COVID-19 POLICY
During the COVID-19 outbreak, we all need to do our part to keep everyone safe, in order to be a step closer to reopening and returning to normalcy. All of us are doing our part to keep our workers, customers, and the public safe and healthy so we can stop the spread.
Mandatory Face Mask Policy
The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority!
All members in our workplace, warehouse, and clinics are required to wear a face mask at all times to cover their mouth, nose. Individuals who are unable to wear a face mask will be asked to work from home.
We asked all customers, personnel for pick up and delivery to follow our strict face mask policy if they are on the premise of our facility.
The use of a face mask should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to follow social distancing rules at all times.
Employee Screening
All employees who are working in our warehouse are screened for temperature on a daily basis.
Regularly Sanitization
To maintain a safe working environment for our employees and staff, we regularly sanitize all common areas and the products that come in and out of our facility.
No Return Policy
During this outbreak, to maintain a safe environment and avoid contamination and cross-contamination or spreading of the virus, we kindly ask you to understand our concern and the temporary change on our RETURN POLICY. We will not be accepting the return of any skincare products at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
